Lately I have been getting the most bizarre spam. Mostly from overseas pharmacies with headers such as: BuYPhEn Ter MiNE NoW!! Phentermine is an appetite suppressant. If I lost any more weight, I'd be a stick puppet. But here is a spam I got today for an overseas pharmacy with their link, but what is this text? Is this translation of a foreign text into English using one of those rough translation programs, someone enlighten me...Does this give the spam a higher likelihood of clearing spam filters because of the amount of text?

Hi Sara, you know my background so of course I'm geeky enough to know about this stuff, lol.
You pretty much figured it out... I LOVE that you are a smartie... that is SEXXXXY. This morphing of english is to avoid spam filters, though the guys who write the core spam messages don't speak or write english well, so it was garbage to being with.
So basically theses spammers create a network called a botnet by infecting dozens, if not hundres or thousands of computers. These botnets are created by getting everyday Internet users to infect their own machines unknowingly using various methods, or even without the users "help".
Once the botnet is up and running, the spammers feed the botnet a seed message that is either cyrptic or complex so it gets past simple spam filters. The botnet sends out these emails at a massive rate, thousands or tens-of-thousands of emails per hour per computer in the botnet. After about 45 minutes to 120 minutes the anti-spam guys have probably created a good spam filter to catch that spam message, so the botnet will automatically modify the message so the spam filter will no longer detect the message, and that works, again, for like 45 to 120 minutes. So it happens all over again. Over time the message will warp so much that it will be totally nonsensical.
These messages usuallly only last a few days before they are useless, the spammer will start with a new seed message that is similar looking to the previous one, but will be different enough to not match any of the existing spam filters.
